The Secret of Magic (Academy of Falling Kingdoms #2)

This is a review of both Book 2 and 3, as I read them as one book. The uncertainty of people’s personal motives continues. Secrets are revealed and all against a backdrop of politics and entitlement. How can we let go of the things give us power and control – that define who we are? I’m hooked and look forward to further books in the series.

This series is nicely done – the plot moves along at a good speed, characters stay true to themselves in different situations, and it’s entertaining enough to make me look forward to my next reading time. Would recommend for anyone who likes stories about magic and friends fighting for a common cause.

I have been waiting for this book! Following Wynter and her friends is a great adventure! I’m not sure where she will end up (or who with) but I really look forward to the next installment!

This book was fabulous, and did not disappoint. Couldnt put it down! One of my favorite things about this book is that Wynter remains true to herself, and doesnt let anyone else change her values. Sometimes I think she can be a little naive, but considering the characters origins it fits her character. Great book, looking forward to the third installment!

Love following Wynter on her adventures. Story is interesting and compelling. Hoping to see Wynter find a little strength and confidence in herself with her new found discoveries in Book 3. She has a heart of gold and deserves the best.
