This is a great short story and is part of the Witch Island Brides series written by Deanna Chase and narrated by Traci Odom. This is a great book and is very funny! It’s been one year since the shifter Aron D’Angelo walked out of Frankie Franklyn’s life. But now he’s back on her island, ready to marry another. She knows, she’s seen the vision. Only not everything is as it seems, and by the end of the night, if everything goes as planned, it just might be Frankie at the altar. The author and the narrator did a great job on this. I really enjoyed listening to it and I am looking forward to the next book in this great series.

This is laugh out loud funny and I love this series. Traci Odum did an awesome job giving this book a voice and as always Deanna Chase gave us really witty dialogue and great characters. Frankie and Aron are surrounded by weddings and she is a witch and he is a wolf shifter and wow what a story. This is a fun and sexy story and so much fun to listen to. I highly suggest you get this one and have a listen

Audiobook The Wolf’s New Year Bride (Witch Island Brides #.5) by Deanna Chase Love Spells
Having listened to Premonition Pointe and Witches of Christmas Grove I was eager to explore Deanna\’s other series. This was a very short jump into another world, Witch Island. Aran and Frankie meet again in confusing, upsetting, and covered in cake icing circumstances. The story has all the twists and turns and misunderstandings one has come to expect with slightly more racy and crude humor than in the previous series I mentioned above. This was a bit of a whirlwind and a little hard to track all the characters being introduced and having never listened to any other volumes in this series felt a little unrooted but I am interested enough to listen to the next in the series which is the actual first volume, this was a pre-quel. This story really felt like a take it or leave it and events that could be completely summed up in a paragraph in the first volume of the series if needed, but I am not sure if any of these characters will be carried into the next story.

Audio The Wolf’s New Year Bride (Witch Island Brides #.5) narrated by Traci Odom
I am new to the Witch Island Brides series, so I chose to start at the very beginning (so to say) of the series. Not knowing the characters ahead of time did not deter from my enjoyment at all, and in fact probably helped since I didn\’t have any pre-conceived notions of how the characters should sound in my mind. I love humorous love stories, and found myself laughing at the antics. I will definitely continue listening to the series. I enjoyed the narrator, and look forward to the remaining books!

Cute short story, in which I already the book. I am still getting use to the audio aspect, but I enjoyed the audio nonetheless. I think that has more to do with the storyline and writer than the narrator. What happens when the love of your life returns to town, not to rekindle old flames but to marry another woman! I voluntarily reviewed a copy of The Wolf\’s New Year Bride.
