The Woodsman (Enchanted Lovers #1)

I read this book using immersion reading. While the story was charming, it’s the audio book that really makes the difference. There is music, sound effects and character voices. Both narrators are fantastic. I am not new to hearing a full production on the Star Wars audiobooks I listen to. Glad to see others incorporating it into their works. Loved the feisty damsel and the cute back and forth between the two.

Very quick read with high heat and a good story. Who wouldn’t want to wake in the bed of the man of their dreams? The enchanted forest is one I hope is made into many more stories, lots of interesting creatures of magic to explore.

I loved this take on Red Riding Hood. I loved Marrok. I would have liked a little more into the marquis back story. Very quick read for me. .

Just the right take on an old tale, sexy and fun, a good way to clear your mind between longer novels.

I was given a copy of this in exchange for an honest review. I have always loved fairy tales and this was a great twist on Little Red Riding Hood. Lily and Marrock are the perfect characters to portray the main characters in the original. It sticks to the main idea with a couple of extras thrown in but still kept it as the same story. There is lots of erotic and hot sex in this and it should definitely not be read by people with “delicate sensibilities” or children who think it is just another fairy tale. As this is Book 1 in the Enchanted Lovers series, I can’t wait to read more of them!
