The narration of this book is done by Helen Lloyd, Sarah Naughton, Esther Wane, and Pearl Hewitt. The majority of narrators were less than satisfying and the majority of characters looked dull and unlikable due to the flaws with the narration.

It has been a lot of years since Zoe Fairchild has been too tiny Devon village. It was her birthplace. But, the different wounds that she suffered still cause pain. When she learned that the caretaker of her grandmother and her old friend goes missing then Zoe and her 15-year old daughter came to England to help.
Zoe fears her alienated mother. She left Zoe when she was seven years old. When the time came when four different women generations reunited then the emotional pain is awakened from the past. To complicate things further, Zoe should also look to confront the ex-boyfriend who she betrayed many years ago.
Then, anxieties reached to its maximum when calamity befalls another woman in that small village.
The starting of the book is not that good and if you are through one-third of the book then it will start to get better. You will experience the characters getting better as well which will reflect on the entire storyline.
