WITH ALL MY SOUL is the stunning conclusion to the Soul Screamers series by author Rachel Vincent. With an intriguing new character and a new mortal sin, a gripping storyline and a shocking turn of events, this final installment is an exhilarating, heartrending and epic finish to this must-read series. No matter how hard she fights and no matter how great the risk to herself, Kaylee Cavanaugh has not been able to defeat the hellion that wants her soul. With each loss hitting closer to home, Kaylee is not sure how many more people she cares about she can bear to lose, especially knowing that she\’s the one Avari really wants. And when he takes someone she loves, someone whose life she is not willing to risk, she must quickly find a way to stop him once and for all or be willing to make the ultimate sacrifice. Because Avari has nothing but time, has nothing to lose and will stop at nothing to get what he wants. Action-packed, electrifying and at times heartbreaking, WITH ALL MY SOUL takes readers on one last journey with Kaylee Cavanaugh as she faces off against a seemingly unstoppable enemy that has pursued her through life and the afterlife. With anger as her motivation and an unlikely ally, Kaylee\’s greatest challenge yet will keep readers on the edge of their seats and their eyes glued to the page as events unfold and lead up to the book\’s dramatic conclusion. Author Rachel Vincent has once again put her characters through an incredible ordeal and taken her readers on a roller coaster ride of emotion in WITH ALL MY SOUL. Filled with exciting plot twists and turns, dialogue that is both heartfelt and moving and sarcastic and amusing, and a nail-biting build-up to an outcome that is heart-stopping, this last installment in the series can only be called phenomenal. The author does not leave readers hanging at the story\’s end. All loose-ends have been tied up and all the larger questions about the remaining characters have been answered. And while the story wraps up in a way that will satisfy those readers who like to say their goodbyes and move on, it does allow for the reader\’s imagination to go beyond the story and look into the futures of those characters that do remain, for those readers that aren\’t quite ready. WITH ALL MY SOUL is the perfect finish to this always entertaining, always surprising and always thrilling series. And this story and series is a must for readers who want to discover a world that is unique, writing that is engaging, clever and oftentimes breathtaking, a plot that is suspense-, danger- and tension-filled, a heroine that is incredibly brave, selfless and relatable, and a love story that is eternal.

With All My Soul (Soul Screamers #7) audiobook streamming online

With All My Soul starts off 2 weeks after the events of Before I Wake; the gang is at Emma\’s (body) funeral and still reeling from everything that happened. Avari lets it be known that he would do anything to get Kaylee\’s soul, ANYTHING. The world of the soul screamers series is unique and I absolutely love it. I love how there is a whole world within the normal human world portraying bean sidhes, reapers and demons. I really enjoyed the whole series. In my opinion, the story got better and better in each novel. I have been waiting for With All My Soul for awhile to be released. I was so excited but when reading it, I found that there was something missing from this book; something that the other books had and was lacking a little. I found it to be a little irritating how Avari would always be a step ahead of Kaylee and the gang. It was like they couldn\’t catch a break, not even a little one and because of that, things got progressively worse. My favourite thing about this book was the ingenious plan Kaylee came up with to save herself, and her family and friends. I had tears in my eyes when everything came together at the end because that is how GOOD the plan was. I was happy everything worked out the way it did. This was one of the best plans and the best outcome I could have hoped for. This is what made the book great. Another great part was when Nash finds out what his brother did for him. This was another moment where I was teary eyed, seeing the brothers get along, finally. There was no anger, no sarcasm, just brothers having a heart to heart moment. I read that part over and over again because I could not get enough. I really wanted this to happen in this book and was very happy when it did. With All My Soul is a fast paced and enchanting read that will make you want to stay up all night reading just so you know what happens next. I am really going to miss Kaylee, Tod, Nash, Sabine and their family and friends.

Audiobook With All My Soul (Soul Screamers #7) by Rachel Vincent

This series has been one of my favourites in the young adult genre and I\’m now really sad to be seeing it end. After following Kaylee and her friends for 6 books up until this point, I couldn\’t wait to see how everything ended for them all. As this is the last book in the series, there may be spoilers for the previous books. Kaylee has spent most of her time as a banshee escaping from the hellion of greed, Avari. For some reason, he wants her and her soul to torment for the rest of time and won\’t stop until he has what he wants. This means him hurting many of her close friends and family, with them all fighting to stay alive a lot of the time. No matter what they try though, Avari seems unstoppable. This final book focuses on Kaylee trying to find a way to protect all of her friends without their being any more casualties. Due to the nature of the plot, it is extremely exciting. There is plenty going on in each chapter and so many twists and turns. Throughout the whole series, I have loved Kaylee as a character and the protagonist. Even though she has been through so much, including dying herself, she is never selfish. Kaylee is always on the lookout for her friends and family, wanting to do what she thinks is best to keep them safe and out of harm\’s way. While this doesn\’t always go down too well, I loved her determination and strength to get things done. This aspect of Kaylee also shows just how much her friends and family mean to her. She has done some pretty crazy things to keep them alive. Due to Avari threatening everyone around her, just to get what he wants, Kaylee definitely sees red in this book. While she has been strong willed and determined up until now, I have never seen her so angry and hell-bent on making things right. The anger absolutely pours out of her and I thought it made her a better character. Speaking of anger, while Avari is the hellion of greed, we get to meet Ira in this book who is the hellion of wrath. He takes great pleasure in Kaylee\’s new anger and uses it against her at times. He is also so much creepier than Avari in my eyes due to some of the things he does. Urgh is all I can say about him. With All My Soul has a fantastic mix of excitement and emotion. Rachel Vincent has done a wonderful job with the whole series but this book is by far my favourite even though it is the last book. Within this one, there are so many loose ends tied up and questions answered. Vincent has made sure that this book is one hell of an emotional ride. Just when you think you know what is going to happen – BAM – a big shock comes in. I laughed at certain parts, I was angry with Kaylee for a large chunk of the book and I also had a little cry as well. I couldn\’t put this book down and cannot recommend the series highly enough!

Audio With All My Soul (Soul Screamers #7) narrated by Amanda Ronconi

I am in love with this series. It\’s up in my top three. Many teenage books nowadays are all distopian and set in a far off land where the events discribed are extremely unlikely to happen, but this is just your normal everyday life with a perfect amount of supernatural thrown in. It\’s different and it\’s perfect. Rachel Vincent\’s writing style flows easily. There are bits that I have had to reread due to not fully understanding them (but that\’s due to my fast reading I think, it took me six days to read all seven books the last time I read them). It\’s nothing like your common teen fiction book at all. It\’s got the sense of belief to it and that its could actually be happening right here, right now. It makes you think that it could happen to you. It also has the most perfect, satisfying ending you could with for. It leaves you with a sense of \”that\’s the end and I\’m cool with that\” but also \”what happens with their lives now\”. It just has the perfect mix of both. My only issue is that Kaylee is 16 in the first book, and being 16 myself now I have read the once again, I think that she believes she should have more freedom than she should. She\’s written to be 16, yet it gives the feeling she is actually older (it may be different in America where it is set to England) But anyway, read it, you won\’t regret it!!

Kaylee is sick of the constant death threats (and deaths) in her circle of friends and family. She decides it\’s time to end it all and comes up with a plan to finish the war with the hellions (well, mostly one in particular) once and for all. But then it gets taken out of her control when Avari decides to up the stakes. Yet another one of my favourite series has ended. This saddens me so much – I like Tod and Sabine, and to a slightly lesser extent Kaylee, Sophie & Emma/(Emily). This book really finishes the series off with a bang. There\’s happiness, there\’s tears, there\’s heartbreak, there\’s trauma. But most importantly, there\’s a kick ass story with some awesome characters that I will truly miss. I like the revelation about Kaylee & Tod\’s relationship (no spoilers from me but it\’s a good\’un) and also seeing how Nash & Sabine\’s relationship is growing and changing – even though Nash is still a bit of a knob about Kaylee & Tod. And even though the ending of the book means the ending of the series, I really enjoyed it.
