Armor World audiobook free

Combining machines and living beings is an interesting extension of where we are going with prosthetics today. Even to the extent of using computers to control the new additions to the human body.

I liked this one. New galatics are introduced and some horror elements are added in for good measure and a touch of horror is always appreciated.

Armor World audiobook Series Shifters Unbound

James McGill is back in the saddle and riding herd over allies and enemies alike! Yes, pi**ing off his superiors, pi**ing off his girlfriends (not that it stops them from spending time with him), pi**ing off his rivals, and killing off Earth’s enemies, it’s just another day in Legion Varus! Ah, but the main enemy this time is beyond tough and even beyond understanding. But when has that ever stopped McGill before?

While he does his share of a**-kicking, Varus style, he really shines in this one is his abilities to manipulate humans and aliens alike. Won’t go into detail to avoid spoilers, but I’ll just say McGill is at the top of his game in this one.

While there may be some same old, same old elements from previous entries, there are also some twists in the plot that add some spice to this and upcoming books. We see some character development from Etta and a couple new characters. So, it is definitely not a cookie cutter story (not that I would care if it was, given how well these books are written).

Another home run Mr. Larson! I salute you in your ability to keep the quality level so high even after 11 books! Can’t wait for the next!

Audiobook Armor World by Cris Dukehart

Although I did read this book and found it OK I am becoming disappointed in the similarities between the series books. i let this one sit for several weeks before reading because the last few are so similar.

Another good read. Fun characters, twists, humor and action.
I’ve read all books in the series, and this one continues in the same tradition. Only four stars because the books in the series are to similar. Give us some underlying mystery that carries us to the last page. Maybe an ancient evil, that returns, that threatens the entire galactic empire. One that only the forces of earth have a chance of defeating.

Audio Armor World narrated by Cris Dukehart

This wasn’t my favorite of the series but still a lot of fun. However, since this is science fiction, I would expect Larson to have figured out the basics like the gravity gradient inside a sphere. We covered it in high school physics about twenty years ago so I was disappointed to see the wrong one in this plot.

I’ve read all the books in this series and the latest installment doesn’t disappoint. James McGill is off on yet another adventure. While I sense that there is enough arc for maybe three more books to finish off this saga, I’m glad that the strong characters continue to show up in these books. I love the evolving relationship between McGill and Turov… it just seems right after all the years this story has spanned. The Galactic Empire issues will have to be resolved, and we all know the Legion and James will have a part in that. great writing as always from B.V. Larson.
