Hannah did what she does best! Bake and then find dead bodies! And then solve the who did it!. Baking for a Winter festival had to have been busy and to not be able into use your own shop had to be unnerving to say the least! But when you find a nasty person dead in your shop pantry, you do the other best thing you do! Great Job Hannah!

Nice easy read and I love mysteries. Having watched Murder She Baked on the Hallmark channel I can picture these characters which and that adds to the enjoyment. I finished the series in about 4 weeks & am now waiting for the new addition.

Audiobook Blueberry Muffin Murder by Joanne Fluke
Gave this book five stars because it fits the cozy mystery theme perfectly. A little romance, a little murder, interesting characters you begin to like at the Cookie Jar bakery. Throughout the story, several recipes are included. They sound easy and delicious. Love the way cookies are woven into the story as meals, mood elevators, thought enhancers and bribes for clues. You really should read this book with a plate of cookies and a cold glass of milk!

I love this series. I have grown to love the characters and see what they do next. I am excited to try some of the recipes and as a fan of cook books and mysteries, this covers both very nicely.
I love these Hannah Swensen stories. With so many of the same characters in all of them, you really get to know them. But, of course, there are always new people, which accounts for the murders that are sure to take place in mysteries. I’m a cat lover, too, so I appreciate that Hannah’scat is included in all the stories. I also love that the recipes for all the foods talked about are included. These books are easy reading and very entertaining, and also hold your attention with suspense.

This is the 3rd one I’ve read and I just can’t bear to read any more! Hannah is such a shallow character and the plots are so amateurish and stupid. The Norman/Mike saga is wearing rather thin and I’m not sure how it can continue to be called Murder She Baked when Lisa does practically all the baking now whilst Hannah is running around playing detective… I don’t think I’ll be bothering to watch the series either!
