The Campaigners audiobook free
As ever this book in the Morland Dynasty is easy to read although some strange spelling throughout. However, the books tend to be well constructed and a good yarn though a very personalised view on historic events. This one with the building tensions and the facade of the social calendar overlying the threat of battle is a good read, brought to life through the fictional characters and the effects on them of the ensuing action.

The Campaigners audiobook in series Morland Dynasty
If you like military history, then this novel, with much such detail, is for you. The development of the history of the families is slow and ponderous.
Well paced story and interesting characters. Quite often I skim over the background stuff but not this time. As usual there were errors in the digitizing e.g dip instead of clip and a few others though I don’t think there were quite as many as in some of the others in the series.
