Crew Princess (Crew #2)

I want to start out by saying how much I love Tijan\’s books, have read them all, and Fallen Crest is a favorite series of mine. However, it wasn\’t until reading this book that I started to feel like I was reading Fallen Crest 2.0, but not in a good way. Maybe its the writing style, or the story line, but after finishing this one I felt like I was in Sam\’s head all over again. Bren = Sam – Broken female numb to life that relies on her group of guys that are her adopted family to pull her back into living life. No real female friends, but she magically starts to connect with girls later when the love of a Cross (Mason) jolts her back to life. Cross = Mason – Broody and so so hot. All the girls are swooning and jealous of Bren (Sam) because she\’s with him. Will die for her and loses his mind if anyone messes with what\’s his. So broken and jaded about his parents getting a divorce. All that was missing was him playing a sport. But come on, knocking people out with one punch? That was Mason\’s claim to fame… Jordan = Nate – Not much to say about him, I\’m just assuming he\’s the Nate of the group because he has the home they want to hide away at from all their parents. Zellerman = Logan – Attention seeker with all the jokes, but when he gets serious and upset they all stop to take note and realize he has feelings as well. After all those similarities starting to pop out, they end it with the crew going to Cain university AND moving into the Kade house…Like come on… Just make more Fallen Crest books if tha\’ts the case lol.

It wasnt just pain. It was everything. I felt it all. Love. Agony. Hurt. Anger. Crew Princess was everything I wanted it to be and more. The prologue was genius and pulls you in demanding more. The story is suspenseful leaving me on the edge waiting for the next shoe to drop and then…the plot thickens. There is hate, rage, betrayal, love and bonding that brought tears to my eyes. The Crew is graduating High School and plans need to be made for the future but first they need to survive the present. You either hurt or you get hurt. We chose to hurt first. Bren is still has badass as ever and Cross is just as swoon worthy…ok he is definitely more in this one. I loved watching the character growth and the ending was definitely unexpected. Im so ready to see what will happen in book 3. I highly recommend this book!!! We werent hated. We were feared. We were loved. We were respected.

This book, oh my gosh, I cant even say enough good things about this book and about Tijan in general. She is a word goddess, hands down one of my all-time favorite authors. She knows just what to do to keep you hooked throughout an entire book, heck throughout an entire series of books, she leaves you begging for more in the best way possible. Bren Monroe is Wolf Crew through and through. Cross, Zellman, and Jordan are her life. Its been them against the world since their crew formed, but as senior year is coming to a close, Bren soon realizes that her crew may be splitting up and going separate ways. She knows college isnt for her, but is it for the boys? Cross is more than crew, he is the love of her life, and she isnt sure she is ready for to be away from him. When things around town start happening, and a bonfire at District Weekend turns out to be anything but normal, Wolf Crew will stop at nothing to figure out whats going on. When the pieces of the puzzle start coming together and the end of high school draws nearer can Bren keep it together? Such Fallen Crest vibes from this book, and Cross and Bren are so much like Mason and Samantha. Their dynamic, their strong separate but together they are even stronger. I also loved to see the relationship between Cross and Channing, and Heather and Bren. We dont see a whole lot of it, but the parts that we do get to see show that the bonds they have are everlasting and their relationships are evolving. I also seriously loved watching Bren grow as a character. This book showed Bren growing as her own person, not just a member of her crew. I adore these characters, and I LOVED that we got to see some of the characters from Fallen Crest! I cannot wait for 2020, bring on Crew 3!

Im not Cross without Bren. I absolutely lose myself in every Tijan book, rarely surfacing for air, as her writing is my addiction. The interwoven Fallen Crest series are my crack and the Crew series doesnt disappoint. The second story in the Crew series, Crew Princess is a smartly written YA meets romantic suspense novel with a heart-pounding plot and so many moving parts that plays like a movie in your head while reading. Pure perfection. The hero and heroine owned me like they did in Crew and I cant stop feeling their story. Told by the Crew queen, Bren, this tale reveals more about the tight knit Wolf Pack introduced in Crew, as they fight for their freedom in a battle of wrong and right. I fell harder for the dominant and delicious hero, Cross, an alpha who reveals his soft edges to his soulmate. Bren, grew so much as she spread her wings like a butterfly: a bolder, stronger, and proven warrior in complete control. Forget Crew princess; Bren is the Crew queen surrounded by her kings. While I got a late start to Tijans Fallen Crest world, I feel the bonds and friends who are family throughout each bookthe everlasting bond from every book in these intertwined series. The united and unbreakable bond of this crew is formidable and felt throughout this tale. Full of hold-your-breath, heart-rushing moments, edge-of-your seat thrills, swoon-filled love, and a bond of friends and family, this tale is A HEADY HIT WITH AN EMOTIONAL EDGE thats explosive and enticing. A bit dark, a bit dangerous, and ALL THE DELICIOUS FEELS! unbreakable queen stars

Tijan you have done it again , brilliant book 2 I couldn\’t put it down. The characters you feel part of it and bren and cross I love them it\’s like being back to fallen crest and we couldn\’t put those books down. The story shows a side to a girl who fights for her crew but underneath she\’s hurts for different reasons ,family ,friends but finds away to over come some of this with love and support . Cross well he reminds me a bit like mason ,protect your loved ones at no cost . If you love family\’s that will go to no lengths to protect you and cross people that would like to hurt you the you have to read this, but advice start from the books of Fallen crest you will not be disappointed.
