Dark Destiny full audiobook free

This is 1 of my favorite books in this series.

Destiny, was taken & converted by a vampire when she was just 6 years old & has thought of herself as being unclean.

Nicolae, 1 of the ancient hunters sent out into the world by Mikhail’s father, connected with the little girl who was taken & converted by the vampire. Lived & endured what she had lived & endured with the vampire & 1 day taught her to kill the vampire in order to escape.

That was the beginning of their relationship; even though Nicolae didn’t know if she was his lifemate or not began to search for her. 1 day he found her & his lifemate; they were 1 & the same.

Now it’s your turn to find out what happens next with them.

Dark Destiny audiobook in series Dark

Absolutely love Dark Destiny..I have read this story numerous times, it never gets old or repetitive. I actually discover things I missed the first time around. Overall it’s another hit in Feehan’s Dark Carpathian Series. Destiny is the female lead her character is filled with strength, heartbreak, humor and love. This character suffered great trauma but she maintained her light. Nicolae is the male lead, he is sexy, honest. He values Destiny as a partner , he knows she will stand, fight and walk with him.. So if you haven’t read Feehan’s Dark Carpathian Series I suggest you take a magical journey into this wonderful world she has created. I recommend starting at Dark Prince and working your way to #34. Happy Reading!!

Dark Destiny audiobook by Christine Feehan

Distenye and Niclae, a pair of hearts that beat as one. Love so strong that Nickale followed Destenies mental voice till he finally caught up with her His lifemate, his other half
Humor also played a part on these two soulmates from Velda and Inez sisters who at every turn had the young couple all but hitched. Mary Ann will appear in two other story’s one of those to be her own
There is several side stories to bring this little community to life. I recommend any of Feehan’s Vampire books. For a great read this author always delivers

Dark Destiny audio narrated by Abby Craden

Dark Destiny brings us the story of Nicolae and his lifemate Destiny, a woman kidnapped as a child and put through horrendous pain and trauma from a young age. I read this book out of order with the others so I was somewhat prepared for some of their difficulties. Even though part of a long running series, all of the Dark books can be read as standalones.

I have not read all the books from The Dark Series and definitely not in order, but the ones that I have read I have loved. But not “Dark Destiny”, the book was just too bleak and dready and for the first third of the book there was not that much personal contact between the hero and heroine, other than their “mind thing” Also it was very anti-climatic the scene when he first sees her, after so many years of looking for her, it was really all told from her point of view. That was another thing that I did not like about this book, there was not as much of the point of view of the hero, as in the other books.

There were two reasons I absolutely loved “Dark Magic” the hero’s total devotion toward the heroine. And her celebrated beauty. However, in “Dark Destiny” although the heroine at the beginning is described as very beautiful, that is just about it, take an extra adjective or two. The hero is quite devoted to the heroine, but very stingy with his thoughts when considering her physical attributes, the heroine is far more generous with her thoughts about his looks and I hated that. Even Savannah’s beauty (from “Dark Magic”) was somehow deminished, in this book: she is referred to as this “petite woman”, with a “small face”, nothing of consequence.

But in the end it was the story itself I did not like. It did not have the feel of the other books. To me it felt (AT TIMES) as if it had been written by a different author, it was conboluted, too much going on and it lack the magical, romantic nature that I had come to expect. There were passages that were indeed enthralling, but not enough of them. The one thing I did enjoy reading about was: how in love the hero was with the heroine, and how willing he was to go the extra mile for her.

SPOILER ALERT BELOW:
And finally I try to avoid at all cost, reading a story where the heroine is scarred. I thought I was safe with the “Dark Series” since Carpathians heal without scars. Wrong!!! More than half way through the book the reader is informed that the heroine is scarred for life, because she was turned by a vampire, to me this did not advance the plot, and I felt like I had been thrown a curve ball. By the end of the story, the reader can maybe assume that her scars disappeared, when she was healed, but it was too vague for my taste.
