Meditation for some is just the name given to mental exercises that give no output in the real world. For others, it is a life-changing activity which brings enthusiasm to life and boasts all the mind related activities.

The author has given many valid reasons here to tell us that we should try to make our mind healthy first of all; the other problems come at a later stage. If the mind is working properly and is fresh in thoughts then life will surely become colorful and vibrant.
