Aces High (Wild Cards #2) audiobook free
I really loved reading the first book, so I tried to listening to the second. Couldn\’t take Luke Daniel\’s work. It feels like someone typed the whole book in Google Translate and pressed the \”Listen\” button. Felt so mechanic and robotic. Maybe it\’s because I grew fond of Roy Dotrice\’s and Neil Gaiman\’s narration style, maybe it\’s a good narration but it didn\’t quite get me, I don\’t know.

The characters and story moved quick enough to keep me interested, but the plot was too over the top for me. At times it was so hard to follow that I wondered if I had jumped to a future chapter. Since I had a hard time finishing the book, I have to give only 2 or 3 stars.
