Etna Station

As with all the ZF books, you laugh as much as you cringe. The Talbots are still doing their best to be safe but simply can not catch a break. They’re trying to get to a place of safety to possibly create some sort of normalcy. In a dead world. Yeah, I know- crazy but they have children and babies. It’s very necessary but things never go as planned. In ZF:Etna Station, they do make it to… someplace. I can’t say where because that would offer up SPOILERS but it’s obvious that the location is Etna Station. But where exactly is that and why did they need to get there?

With Volume 11 I didn’t seem to feel the same when I walked away form it. Yes, it’s good but it felt more like a way station (ha!) for the next volume more than a true story in itself. It didn’t bother me since every one of these books are amazing!

The greatest part is that the book never failed me. There’s always non-stop laughter, oddities, horror and more waiting on every page. It’s emotional, angering and frustrating as well. Everything that makes for a fun and perfect read.

Read Zombie Fallout, book 11: Etna Station, then sit and wait, as I am for the next installment. Cheers!

First off I’m a huge fan of this author and have purchased every book he has written. And saying that the last two to three novels he has produced the zombie Fallout series have been subpar. The novel really do not gain any traction through the entire book. Fight scenes or poorly written had no suspense and we’re pretty predictable on how they were going to end. The flashbacks flash forwards flash to the side the constant childlike Behavior of most of the main characters have grown very old and tiresome. None of the characters are developing or progressing like normal people would. The writer has a deep well he can draw from and chooses not to expand on all the potential he has set up for the books. Spoiler alert zombie gorilla the vampire Payne zombie baby barely even get mentioned in this book. The writing seemed heretic plot holes are gaping and I found it hard to keep up with a story. To the author please take your time get back to your basics evolve your characters and have a professional edit and streamline your work I will give the series one more chance before I call it quits.

I finally finished this book. I took some time with it because I knew once i got into it, I would not put it down. I greatly enjoy this series and am always anxious of what is coming next for this family. BT finds love again, although Mike is a little freaked out; Trip is put in change of part of the group; will be interesting to find out what happened to them; Is Payne dead? Do they make it to Etna Station and will they be received or turned away? So many sub-stories you just cannot put the book down. You will wonder, laugh, and cry. Mark has a way of taking you on a garden path and leaving you there with his storytelling. Thank you sir, another awesome read.

Mark Tufo gets it! Theres zombies, vampires , super zombies , psychopaths and other monsters that go bump in the night! Throw in some hilarious humor and camaraderie, & you have an amazing zom series!! Ive read series 1 through 7 twice. First time reading these last books but no disappointment here. Tufo just keeps me laughing while at the same time, sitting on the edge my seat wondering whats going to happen next. High five Mark Tufo!!

If I could give this series more than 5 stars I would. I love these books so much, I am planning on reading them again. I NEVER read a book twice so that says something. If you like zombie/apocalyptic books, Mark Tufo is your man! I won’t ruin it by relating the whole story line so you will just have to read them to see for yourself. Mr. Tufo is an amazing author and keeps you on the edge of your seat waiting for more. His characters come to life and you feel as if you know them personally. I can’t say enough good about the series and to top it off, he has more. Indian Hill and Lycan Fallout follow the main character of Zombie Fallout. I can’t say enough good about my favorite author and I can’t wait to see what he comes up with next. I am getting ready to move on to Shrouded World. Seriously, I get nothing done when I am involved in one of these books. Happy reading!!
