Dark Overlord’s Clan (The Children Of The Gods Paranormal Romance #40)

After 40 books, I just keep being blown away at how good the series still is. After all this time, Instead of losing interest, I anxiously wait for the next book to come out. The characters are all so well written that you want to know more about all of them and see them find their mates. And Ive said it before, but Ill say it again, I am continually amazed at how the author can write so many characters and keep true to all of their personalities in dialogue and action, even though some of them were introduced 40 books ago. Just an amazingly talented writer.

Side note with a wish from me – I hope that someday we see William get a mate. I know he liked that one college aged girl many book back and it didnt work out, but Id love to see him find someone eventually. Hes been supporting the team for so long and really deserves it. Maybe they find someone for him in the paranormal program when they shut it down. 🙂

Another great book in this series. #40 and still going strong. I’m thoroughly enjoying the mental chess game going on between cousins Kalugal and Kian. Everyone around Kian thinks that he is overly paranoid. I think that he will prove them all wrong, unless Jacki can convince Kalugal to take a different route to world domination and the important role that Kian can play. I’ve already pre-ordered book # 41. I’m looking forward to the first romance between clans, Edna the judge and Kalugal’s second in command. Bring it on. I want to see Edna stop hiding and bloom into a beautiful flower. The end of June can’t come soon enough.

I absolutely loved the outcome of the Director and the Paranormal Program. Now the 2 Clans will be in charge of the paranormal program. I see this as the beginning of Kalugals dream to better the world, but now together with Annanis clan side by side.
I cant wait to see the first romance mating between the 2 clans. Technically Jacki wasnt a clan member but Edna and Rufsur would be the first couple to unite the cousins for eternity. Actually, Lokan and Carol are the first couple to do that, if only he would just leave the brotherhood for good.
I cant wait for the next book! I highly recommend this series. I T Lucas is a very talented author. I just love her books!

I love these books by I T Lucas! I have read all of the Children of the Gods series, and am now awaiting #40! They are consistently good; the characters become familiar early on, and i look forward to reconnecting to them again & again. This is a fantasy series unlike any I have read before well thought out, and one thing I love is that i never catch her making an error, which is to me an important part of any book that i return to and follow.

My God this author did it again. This book just kept me on the edge with my interest all the way to the end, temporally of course, because the next book is coming soon and I cannot wait. This series has become my obsession, every book I finished it in one day. This writer is so good that I have become part of journey of the story and the characters have become part of my imaginary friends, I am addicted to this series. I highly recommend everyone to read the series from the first book, you wont be disappointed. Thank you I.T. For writing such an amazing series and for having such an amazing imagination, you rock.
