It is truly incredible to me how Andrew Holocek is consistently able to make accessible such profound and commonly-misunderstood topics. Over and over again he has demonstrated this ability (see his previous books: Dream Yoga, Preparing to Die, The Power and the Pain). It is obvious to me that this is only possible because he has deeply internalized these teachings (over a lifetime of personal practice) AND has a singular ability to write about enormous topics with simplicity, clarity, and precision.

I can not recommend this book (and his previous books) enough. It has already found its way into my heart as one of the more important books on spirituality/buddhism I have ever read.

This is an amazing book about living consciously, and its amazingly simple. Andrew has taken some fairly complex concepts and made them clear, concise, and relatable. I have read several hundred Buddhist books and never had the concept of “emptiness” so well explained and made so real and practical. If your looking for a book on how to live more consciously – this one is for you! A highly recommended read.

Audiobook Dreams of Light by Andrew Holecek

Andrew Holocek does a wonderful job examining the illusory nature of our reality. He weaves wisdom from Tibetan lamas, J Krishnamurti, and a variety of scientists. I really enjoyed his book Dream Yoga, however, this book has been even more helpful for my dream life.

Audio Dreams of Light narrated by Arthur Rowan

The book is amazingly well-researched and draws from so many diverse sources, focusing on how we can prepare during the daytime for lucid dreaming experiences at night. Simply the best follow-up book if you have read anything else about LD!

Andrew just published this new book that he wrote it three years ago as in the online study group of this book. The topic is about illusory forms, which reminds us of the dream-like essence of our daily daytime “reality,” from which the Buddha totally woke up. This book is a good supplement or even a counterpart to Andrew’s previous book about lucid dreams, dream yoga and sleep yoga. I am happy to have the chance to dive into these topics as a Vajrayana practitioner.
