Exposed (Ethan Frost #3)

I was so excited to dive into Exposed by Tracy Wolff. Ethan and Chloe may very well be one of my favorite romance couples. If you’ve read and loved Ruined and Addicted, Exposed will be no exception.

This is a series that definitely needs to be read in order to understand the story. Exposed picks up where Addicted left off. I don’t want to go into much of the plot because there will be spoilers for the other installments, but I will say that wow, what a ride this book took me on.

Ethan and Chloe’s beautiful love, undying loyalty, passion and support for one another really shines through in this book. There were ups and downs, but they together both weathered the hell-storm that came their way. Filled with lots of emotion, a few twists and turns along with plenty of sexy heated moments I couldn’t put down Exposed and ended up reading it in one day. I loved the ending and was totally ecstatic to see that there will be a fourth book, Flawed, in the series!

What happened to this story? The first book was unputdownable; the second was a bit confused; this one was a disaster.

I list some details that have been changed every book.
– Chloe’s hair color changed every book; from curly red to long blond and now it’s strawberry blond.
– In the first book she told Ethan she was raped in her sophomore year. In this book she stated that it was in her junior year, then later stated that it was in her freshman year.
– In the first book (or maybe the second, I wasn’t sure) she said that she changed her last name to Girard after high school. She introduced her brother as Miles Pierce. In this book, he suddenly became Miles Girard.

The first 30% spent on sex scene. I didn’t mind some but I prefer story. This was too much. I knew they loved each other, they said it all the time I was sick of it. This book was told in dual pov between Ethan and Chloe. Most of it was Ethan. I don’t know if it was because of him or that I was started to get sick of the same thing happened over and over that made me bored. As well as Chloe when she was with the guys at lunch. They mess with Austin, a British guy, about British and American thing.That scene was boring

Chloe and Ethan had a lot to sort off before getting married. Chloe had tendency to run when thing got difficult.(at least she was better later). And Ethan always tried to protect her without let her in on it. They said they love each other. They had more sex. They argued. Then Chloe got pregnant. I wasn’t even surprised. At the rate they going, not to mention a lot of times unprotected.

The story could end here; should have end here. Yes, some matters still left unresolved, but it’s not required an entire book to do it.

I reread Ruined & Addicted before beginning Exposed. I loved it even more the 2nd time! I loved the characters, the background story, the steamy sex, plot, the journey that Chloe goes thru in growing, the banter that Chloe & Ethan have. It is a great series. My only suggestion to Ms. Wolfe is to not use the phrase “of course he did” so frequently. I am thrilled there will be another book (Flawed), & though I really liked the fact that Exposed didn’t have an epilogue which answered all questions, I do hope that some will be answered in the next book. It looks like Flawed may be more about Tori? I loved her character & can’t wait to find out her story! More about Ethan & Chloe please!!! I want to see the next chapter of their lives as she pursues law school!

This is the third book in the Ethan Frost series. Thank you Netgalley for my third instalment that you have provided for me. In this book we finally get to see what an evil person Ethan’s half brother Brandon is and to what lengths he will go to climb his way up the ladder to the Presidency.

We also get to see the strength Chloe shows in herself as she tries to put behind her the vicious attack she was subjected to from Brandon many years ago.

This book revolves more around Ethan and Chloe’s sexual pursuits, and we get to read about plenty of them. Once again the story is plotted well and the characters are well suited to each other. The writing is very easy to follow, and even if you hadn’t read the previous books, you could probably still get a good idea of the story line.

Another good read from Tracy Wolff.

This is a fabulous series!!!!!!!

This series will make you cry, laugh out loud, and is hot, hot hot. I love Chloe. She is real, with issues, faults and flaws. Ethan is amazing–good looking, wealthy, generous–almost too good to be true. As you read, Ms. Wolff slowly shows Ethan’s flaws, and how the pasts of Ethan and Chloe could ruin their relationship and doom their love. After Exposed was released, I went back and read Ruined and Addicted, before reading Exposed. I loved the series as much the second time through as the first.

Now I have to wait for Tori’s story! Thank you, Ms. Wolff for giving Tori her own series. She is an awesome friend and I look forward to learning more about her past and how it created such a wonderful and funny person.

I do wonder if the Epilogue at the end of Addicted would have been better placed at the end of this book.
