The narration of this book is done by Stephen Shedletzky and Simon Sinek. It was a fair performance but that couldn’t be described as enthusiastic. Things could have been better with the tone and pacing.
Fulfillment is something that is not a privilege for someone but a right. We are all supposed to wake up in the morning and find motivation for our work. We must always feel safe when we are at our workplace. When we make a return back home then we should feel fulfilled at the end of our day. Getting to that fulfillment level starts with our understanding that why exactly we do something that we do. This is the point from where things can be controlled.
