A very good and entertaining young adult read but it ends in a cliffhanger and if that doesn\’t bother you enjoy. This is the reason for only 3 stars.

I am amazed at how she can continue to write so many different series and they are all Fantastic! Wasn\’t sure I would be interested in type of story, since I am 73. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

Audiobook Flesh and Blood (Vampires of Shadow Hills #1) by Willow Rose
Willow Rose has jumped off into a new series (The Vampires of Shadow Hills) in a spectacular fashion. While a teen book it should hold the attention of all paranormal fans. Robyn is part of a vampire family living in a neighborhood of all kinds of paranormals and trying to figure out why her mom hates her boyfriend\’s family. Plenty of mystery and soul searching for Robyn and her friends. My only complaint is that the POV of the characters is not clear from chapter to chapter and leaves the reader wondering which character is speaking…could have been an easy solution simply by titling each chapter with that characters name. Give it a try anyway because this book is worth it.

I purchased this book because it is one that Willow Rose wrote and she is my favorite. I am not really into vampire stories , but this was good. I will be purchasing the next one when it comes out.

This book starts with a small chapter containing a shocking event and then jumps 10 months back in time. The book is then basically a one month story with no idea at the end how the opening event happens. Just a heads up that this is not a complete story and you must read the next book(s) to find out the how and why of the beginning of this book.
