Has Anyone Seen My Sex Life?

Seriously! Aaaalll the LOL tears! I absolutely adore this book!! I’m American and have UK and Ozzie friends, so the lingo and slang wasn’t hard to understand. But I can totally see how anyone who doesn’t know that pants=underwear, boot=trunk of a car, and dogging=sex might have a harder time with it and might not find it quite as entertaining. But me?? I freaking loved everything about it!! (I totally pictured the couple from those LadBaby videos and laughed even harder at some of these scenes!!)

I love how REAL LIFE this is written! From the very beginning with the squeaky duck and possible lactation I was all in. I read parts of this to my husband and we both agreed. This was me. This was him. This was us. We’ve been here.

**The one thing I did notice was the author’s misuse of quotation marks. But it was consistent throughout the entire book, so I got used to it.

This book was so funny, I would find myself laughing out loud. The reader, if married for a while (or not), can imagine the situation Meg starts out in regarding her now defunct sex life. She then discovers her husband’s secret and everything changes. While most of the book was believable, I do think she made Eve and Tess too smart for their ages. However, their insights just added comedy to an already funny situaion.

I bought this book because of the comical mention of Llama print knickers. I was reading at my desk during lunch and kept cracking up. This is a REALLY funny book with heart. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you Kristen!

There is so much comedy and drama with a healthy adult entertainment. Even when it was mundane it was still entertaining. I really enjoyed the characters in the whole background cat mixed into the story. Everything from mr. T, Captain mint cake, the crazy funny brother-in-law to their rambunctious Tiny Tots.

I enjoy taking my time to read this. Made it last longer and I would definitely recommend this book to any adult. Well any adults with a sense of humor.

So there I sat… alone in a little cafe for breakfast and having my first Kristen Bailey read. It didnt take long and I was in absolute hysterics! Pressing my hands to my mouth with as much force as physically possible in a failed attempt to retain the giggles threatening to escape, tears literally pouring down my face! I’m sure everyone probably thought I was a crackpot but it was such a genuine source of joy to relate to the characters and their experiences. I’m buying up all things Kristen Bailey!
