Bob went here and there very quickly after that and finally found a safe shelter for the rest of the humans who were rescued from the nuclear war. Now chances of extinction are negligible because the humans have many safe colonies all around the galaxy and their race is once again thriving.

We Are Legion and For We Are Many were just rehearsals of what is coming to the human world. The “Others” were coming in parts and now they have launched a full campaign against the human colonies.
One portion of humanity and then the other starts going down real quick and Bob along with his probes must come to save the human race once again. The final battle would perhaps not allow the clones and the main sentient to get out of the war alive but Bob has one last debt to pay to the human race. He thinks that he was preserved in this shape for this final day where he will prove the worth of his mighty brain.
