The Polly character is like a vulture sitting in the wings and waiting for something awful to befall Boots wife…cannot believe they could even find this character sensitive in any fashion..enjoyed the storyline of the book but this Polly character is like a
Vampires. Just waiting for something awful to happen so that they can swoop in..such a disappointment to such an enjoyable storyline..even the character Boots is turning into something rather pathetic..I wonder if this borders on real life it’s so sad if the shoe was on the other foot I think the male character Boots would be so pissed off

As ever brilliant read from this author, the outcome was a bit predictable. A good mix of characters old and new to The Adams Family Saga.

Even though life is hard during the thirties, the families and businesses of the Adams family are doing well. But then while out for tea with his wife the Chinese Lady, Edwin Finch goes missing. While there are very few clues, a parrot belonging to Cassie Brown may hold a secret to the were abouts of Mr. Finch.
“Missing Persons” is the sixth book in the Adams series, While it was a decent book, I have to say that I didn’t enjoy it as much as earlier books due to the other storyline. But I know that the series will get better.

Audio Missing Person narrated by Annie Aldington
ridiculous, Rosie was born in the East, yet everything is spitting and she talks with a plum in her mouth, which is very annoying and she is so precocious, it’s embarrassing,..constantly calling boots daddy which for a 15 year old girl born to ordinary circumstances is just cringe worthy, and for boots to encourage her unnatural adoration of him is quite sleazy, why is she involved in looking for me finch, a normal father would not have allowed that. Cassie is just a manipulative bully and is far too old to be carrying on in that childish way, Freddy is a great character and should not be tied up to the infantile caddie who is also very precocious..if it wasn’t for Rosie boots and cassie (oh and Polly is irritating to) it would be good

As with ‘ll the books concerning The Adams family, once you start it is very hard to put down. I am now reading these for about the sixth time and find them as engrossing now as I did when I first read them.
