Oathkeeper (Bravelands #6)

So, this book was great, as per usual. Erin Hunter never disappoints! -* SPOILERS *- In this book, Titan, who is now allied with the wolves, is lurking in the Dead Forest, though atthe start details are not clear. We soon find out, however, when Fearless goes to visit Mighty. He puts forward the notion of an alliance, but is turned away. While there though, he finds out Valor has had cubs. He learns of Mightypride\’s bad luck, and helps them. Next time we see him visiting, however, Titan comes and challenges Mighty. Titan wins through trickery. Fearless takes over, and brings the pride away. They are ambushed by wolves along the way, but survive. Meanwhile, sky goes to find Thorn, who tells the plan. Thorn wants to convice crocs to attack Titan. His hope is to call a Great Gathering and hope Titan shows up to force leadership. Leaders are suposed to stand in the water, and when Titan does, the crocs attack. He finds Rip, the leader of his bask. At the Gathering, however, the crocs mutiny and kill Rip. The elephants stampede after Titan, who ran away. They come onto the Plain of Ancestors, and fearless confronts Titan. After the fight, when Thorn and others find him, they find Titan dead. Fearless dies shortly after. THAT IS THE BASIC STORY, WITHOUT TOO MANY DETAILS. wow u made it here god job lol.

I love this book! The detail is epic and the ending matches the last books perfectly. I have read most of Erin Hunter\’s books and all of them are amazing. The plans in which they decide to bring Titan down, are ingenious, I love the loyalness of mates and pride and troop members, too. Fearless honestly is my favorite, I mean he is a lion and we have watched him grow up throughout the book. Fearless and Titan\’s battle is amazing, Fearless is legendary in that part. There is also a lot more suspense and betrayal in this book,that is why I like it. I can\’t wait till Erin Hunter releases a new animal series!

This is a graet book It was SOOOOO heart breaking at the end. WHYYYYYY WHY DID YOU HAVE TO DIEEE FEARLESS!!!!!!!! I give 4 stars due to the surprises in the storyline. I don\’t enjoy reading death of main characters though. I don\’t agree with the interpretation of life after death either. Yet all Erin\’s books are seeped in that immortality / reincarnation belief and due to that her books should require a PG rating.

Fearless\’s death is very sad but at least Titan dies beforehand and his pride follows the Great Spirit. Thorn fully embraces his role as the Great Father and Sky is his most loyal follower among the elephants. We get to see Sky and Rock\’s calves and Thorn\’s grown personality in the epilogue.
