I can’t remember ever reading 14 volumes in a series with so little satisfaction. Filled with mind numbing redundancies and unresolved conflicts, it just ends, tangled and unsatisfying. This one is a bit slow in developing the storyline, it does however give a good precis of the series background d

Loved the previous books in the series, but this one seemed like a long introduction to something else. Another book perhaps? In any event, it lacked the action of the earlier books.
