The Boundary is once again whole after the savage battle. But, it could well be too late. Bane is now stalking the areas of Andarra and venerates have managed to gather all their forces for a crushing final blow. Wirr in Illin Illan fights hard to uphold an unwarranted coalition set between the factions of power of Andarra. If he is not able to succeed with those many dark forces in the capital then the war is lost for sure. Davian was imprisoned all alone in a weird land. He is potholed against the lingering Venerate. Just as he looks to keep them from undoing the sacrifice of Asha, he works hard to come to terms with his very own path. It was also about what he has learned about Caeden, who was an ally that he decided to set free.
The book is epic and provided the audience with a very exciting conclusion to the trilogy. Everything in this novel was perfect from its plot to the characters. The performance by Michael Kramer is worth mentioning here who gave life to all the characters in this novel.
