Revenge of The Gods (The Titan’s Saga #3)

If you have not read the other two books, you should not be reading this review. So please just buy and read the books in order, you cheater! Checking reviews of book three to see if you should read the series is lame.

That all said, oh em gee, this book is worth the price of getting here. I LOVED IT! I loved, loved, loved it so damn hard I could write a thesis on it but instead will write this review.

I would love to tell you a little about this book, but so many things are spoilers, and spoiling this book seems like a tragedy. I can tell you that Cronus is dead. His woman will do anything to get him back. Hype is willing to help her, and this is where we start. #maiseygoestohell

At the end of Wrath of the Gods, I know it was easy to think that things looked dim. Maisey believes they looked downright black. But Jaymin Eve and Leia Stone don’t make us hold out long until Maisey is back with her people. And Rhea gets to announce the biggest change of all to the group’s dynamic–which I won’t spoil, but Cronus is ecstatic about it, and Hype gets to be all grandpa-ey over. #squadgoals #keepingitinthefamily #weirdassfamily

This is by far the funniest of the three books. I loved the crap out of most of the parts after the battle. I snort-laughed until I cried from one of them, and I’m not even ashamed of it. Someone can put that in my biography, and I still won’t care.

I highly recommend The Titan’s Saga to anyone who loves Rom-Com Paranormals or wants to try Jaymin Eve or Leia Stone for the first time. I still haven’t read Leia Stone alone, so I don’t know what her stuff is like, but this stuff is freaking gold.

Where is the film adaptation?

So this one was a little fast paced. I would have liked for it to have been a little bit slower. How quickly Maise and Hyperion found Cronus was very quick and it made the story feel rushed. There were a lot of good points though. Maisey still had her usual hilarity and her crazy hashtags. The stuff she said still had me laughing. I am a little disappointed that Maiseys character ended up pregnant which follows the usual trope of a pregnancy at the end. I kind of just wanted Maisey and Cronus to just end up together and have their happily ever after minus the baby like I get tired of hearing about a baby at the end of a series all the time its not necessary.

Some of my favorite things though is that Rhea and Maisey kind of sort of get along. Much like how Maise refers to Rhea as her frenemy. Its pretty accurate. Rhea definitely protects Maisey especially when she finds out that shes pregnant. And it shows a lot of growth between their relationship.

I was hoping that the battle between Cronus and Zeus was going to be a little bit more elaborate. It seem like it should have been considering Zeus defeated the Titans with the help of the other gods previously. So I just feel like the fight scene between them was very weak and didnt last anywhere near as long as it should have.

It was also a lot of Maisey disappearing and Cronus chasing her all over. Which also go kind of boring. So over all the series could have ended with a better fight scene. Which would have made the ending that much more deserved.

This book is phenomenal, I laughed the entire time, Maisey is so f’ing amazing in her own special way, she grows so much in this book, but without loosing her essence that makes her unique and a big and bright addition to the Titan’s family, her relationship with all of the Titans is stronger, deeper, which finally makes her feel at home, complete, loved, cherised

Full of action, unexpected and shocking twists and turns, romance, love, sexy scenes, a crazy, determined, strong and fierce human girl and a powerful bunch of Titans, this installment is a fantastic finale for this MUST read series!!!

Maisey has been a total thrill to read about since book 1. She has grown so much throughout the series and became a total boss! She went from being super whiny & vain to willing to literally go to the Underworld to save Cronus!
Ive loved the Titans weve gotten to meet through the series. Theyre funny, interesting and make for great secondary characters! Cronus is the literal definition of #swoonworthy.
This story pulled me in from the beginning of the series and has somehow gotten better each book! I will miss these hilarious lovable characters.
Jaymin and Leias collaborations have NEVER disappointed me. They are an amazing writing duo & I would literally read anything they co-write. Give this series a try!
