Sideline Submission (Up-Ending Tad: A Journey of Erotic Discovery #3)

It’s taken me a while to get this review out and that is entirely because I was so wrapped up in Scott, that I could not formulate how I felt when the book ended. Once again, Ms. Knight has given us a thrill ride, but this time, the emotion and tension between Scott and Tad came to a head. Tad decided to take the bull by the horns, so to speak, and confront his conflicted emotions by seeing Scott again. I enjoyed reading how floored he was by the relief that Scott wanted to see him and the butterflies he had as he looked in his eyes again. The confirmation that this was more than a passing feeling hit home when they were observing Max in his element. Max took the HOT factor of the book to an entirely different level. The scene unfolding in front of Tad and Scott turned up the heat and allowed Tad to drop his guard.

Scott was exactly the man I thought he was in the first two books. He has feelings for Tad that go beyond just physical attraction and he is also incredibly aware of Tad’s fears. Scott is a character with many different facets. In this book, we are allowed to see how deeply he feels which is exactly what I was hoping would happen. It was like Ms. Knight read my mind and knew I needed more from him. He’s confident and comfortable with who he is, and at the same time is willing to wait for Tad to figure out what he wants. However, Scott’s vulnerability is also on full view this time as he lays his desire out there for Tad. Max might not be happy about it, but Scott is not going to compromise who he is or who he wants just because Max is angry. The ending, once again, killed me. I loved that there is a promise for more between them and on Tad’s turf. It seems to be a monumental step for Tad in a lot of ways. He’s taking a risk by inviting Scott to his place, but I can’t wait to see what happens!

As usual, the writing and character development are amazing, but Ms. Knight excels at bringing the physical and emotional together in the incredible sex scenes. This is not for the faint of heart- it is erotic and graphically visual. Well done!

Last night I was in the mood to read M/M Novella’s/Short stories. This happened to be a series I came across on a favorite author of mine’s amazon page. To my delight this went way above and beyond any expectation I had going in.

Out of the 3 parts of this series I’ve read thus far, this one left me feeling underwhelmed. I seriously could have done without the roommates sexcapade with his Sub. It didn’t turn me on, it didn’t add to the story, if anything it had me frowning and bored.

I was up till 7 this morning entranced in this series.
This series is so good and the writers ability to write m/m is amazing.

Everyone should read!
Though I don’t know if it’d highly recommend this book of the series, it left much to be desired.
Though I was happy to see more of Tad and Scott together.
The emotions were there and that was its saving grace.

Tad has avoided Scott for a month. Hes tried not to think of the way he reacts to this man. To a man. But Tad cant get the man out of his head. When he gets the call from Scott for a favor, he finds himself just as attracted to the man, his body reacting the same. But the desire is far greater because he already knows what this man can do to his body. When they both find themselves watching another man dominate his submissive, there is no way they can avoid being turned on. But watching Max with Sean is just making them remember what it felt like between them. Scott isnt going to take anything else from Tad, he promised him that. But maybe this time Tad will be willing to ask for exactly what he wants even if he doesnt quite understand it himself.

There are a few aspects of BDSM that I find highly erotic. And although there are times when things occur that are out of my comfort zone, which occurred in this particular installment I found myself reacting more to Tad & Scotts reaction to the scene rather than the actual scene. I loved that the author gave us both sides to focus on. And needless to say there is something extremely hot about the not-so-straight guy being seduced. The battle within Tad is slowly weakening and although he isnt admitting to much, he is not dismissing that there is something about Scott that gets him rock hard.

The author did a fabulous job with how she got Tad to submit to his arousal in a very unconventional way. I loved reading the way he reacted to both Scotts presence what he was witnessing. Seeing clearly that it wasnt the two men he watched that got him to such a frenzied state, but wishing it was him that it was Scott.

I am extremely happy watching him squirm with his desire and watching him fold and give into Scott. I expect that coming to terms that his reaction to Scott is going to cause Tad a much larger emotional struggle in the long run, and I cant wait to experience him coming to terms with his sexuality. I love the concept of this story. I think that the author is doing an amazing job of giving us a sexy m/m romance but doing it in such a way that will also allow the readers to become emotionally invested into the characters. This is like a living fantasy come to life.

Another BRILLIANT BOOK in this series

My normal preferences are dark erotica and MC books but every now and then I need my ‘fix’ of HOT m/m action and these books seriously deliver

In this 3rd book Tad is struggling with his feelings for Scott and tries to keep his distance but when Scott makes contact Tad is beyond resisting and what follows is a highly erotic encounter…

” You ready gorgeous, Scott rasped…cause I’m ready to f**k ”

Good grief, I was beyond flustered at this stage and think I actually squeaked because my husband asked me what the hell I was reading !!

The sex in this is totally HOT but they are also developing real feelings for each other

” Just….say that you missed me …..Like I missed you ”

Am loving this series, bring on the next one ASAP!!

I want to give more stars but I can’t 🙁 . These books are amazing ! These two are hotter then hot . I needed a few cold showers when I read these books :/ read them you will not be disappointed . Great books kora !!
