Han Solo was a tricky person once before he was enslaved by Lady Proxima. He wanted to move high in space but not on any other warship rather on a ship of his own. These dreams have remained in his mind since the day he saw the first space ship.
Changing dreams into reality is not possible until you are a slave. Han decides to break free from the gang operated by Lady Proxima for this he has to leave planet Corellia too. The man proves himself as a tricky campaigner by chalking his way out of the planet.
SOLO: A STAR WARS STORY
The arrangement is made for two because he cannot leave the girl whom he loves. While escaping Qi’ra does not make it out of the stranglehold and Han finds himself free and alone at the end of the mission. Later we are told by Mur Lafferty i.e the author that Han Solo joins the Imperial Guard in frustration.
The problem of the same kind arises there too i.e Han does not feel free. He wanted to fly in free space but his ship not in the ship of the Imperial guard. Then he meets the smugglers and another cunning girl who attracts him at the first glance in many ways. Narration by Marc Thompson conveys the love bells ringing once again in Han’s mind.
With the help of his newly formed band Han for the first time in his life lays hands on a ship of his own after stealing it of course. A noteworthy point here is that Mur Lafferty the creator of Minecraft: The Lost Journals and Six Wakes was new in Star Wars but this thing never appears as a weakness in this book. The author got hold of everything firmly moreover he didn’t try to borrow much from the previous parts. Everything including the characters and the scenery is the author’s creation.
