Smoke Screen

I was spellbound from the first word until the last…what a captivating novel….I was even tolerate of the dirty words but think the story did not need them. I seldom read a story that has as much suspense as this one …just can\’t say enough about this one you have to read it experience the determination to find the answers

I read this novel when it first was released, and wanted to read it again, just to make sure I enjoyed it as much as I remembered I had. I loved the plot. As always with her little twists and turns, and the mysterious way she has of not quite telling the reader everything and making them work for it. I love Sandra Brown. I think I\’ve read two of her books that weren\’t entertaining. And those were the old ones. Raley and Britt make good enemies. There are so many emotional moments in this book, not just between the two of them, because of their history, but between all of the secondary characters as well. If you like Ms. Brown, you\’ll like this book.

I was hooked from the first paragraph and couldn\’t put it down. Sandra Brown puts more twists and turns into her novels than a roller coaster!

I\’ve been a huge fan of Ms. Brown\’s books since the \’80s. This is the best book by her I\’ve read. It grabbed me from the start and never released me until the last page. I thought I\’d figured out the \”bad guy,\” but she surprised me with who was really behind the murders. Very well done!

Another good one by Sandra Brown. Believable characters in a hard to believe storyline. I dont know how she does it.
