The Book of Joy
It was the occasion of a big birthday. It was the time that inspired two very good friends to meet in Dharamsala. The meeting was meant for a talk on some crucial matters for both of them. The friends that we are discussing here were Archbishop Desmond Tutu ad His Holiness Dalai Lama. The subject matter of discussion was a joy. Both of them are renowned spiritual leaders and winners of Noble Price. They are among the best moral leaders of our time. They are also themselves the infectiously happy people on the planet. The book right from the start is envisioned as a 3-layer kind of birthday cake. Within that, you will find some great knowledge and things of wisdom for having a joyful and satisfactory life.
If you ever feel anxiety, self-doubt, or stress then this book is highly recommended for you. Every chapter of the book will captivate you and will enable you to focus on that what is critical. It is never the past or the future, it is the present moment.
