I could not out this book of novellas down. I was completely sucked in. It was super fast paced and my brain rebelled against that a little. The short time period and slightly inconsistent passage if time was a little bothering, but that was the only bother. The story was stellar!

A new author for me. Great books. Many linked to others series. Recommend read in written order as learn things from this series that were done in prior series. Easy reading. Great characters and action.

I truly enjoyed reading all 13 of the books in the series. To see the young characters develop into outstanding magicians

1st This was an Amazing Omnibus 2nd I was sucked in and around every moment and felt I was part and parcel of the story right along with the characters This brings me to 3, I loved it right up till the end. Mainly because I couldn\’t understand how it could be the end. There\’s No way it could be. What happens between walt and Isa? Is it a true romance to last or is it an infatuation that they both (as teenagers) learn and move on from ? You cant honestly believe that the readers can not want to know about Isa her Baby hellhound her apprenticeship her development and control of her powers ?What happens with Nando? What other powers does he develop? Do he and Marie work out? What happens with the Academy? Are they able to put it together and make it work beyond a few days or weeks b4 more things happen? There are so many open ended questions I dont know about other readers but I have a boatload more that I couldn\’t possibly list them all here in a review. I Love the Series but am Very Disappointed with the way it Ends. I hope you can write more to answer some of these questions maybe from Nando\’s point of reference? Just a thought….
