Naked in Death is a crime fiction novel. It is the first book of the extremely long sage, In Death. Most of you will be aware that this marathon series with 50 plus novels are written by J. D. Robb. This is the pen name of Nora Roberts who wrote this huge series with this pen name.
She is mainly known for writing romance but her mystery thriller novels are equally good. To witness this, do try her Betrayal in Death novel. Another brilliant novel of J. D. Robb is Forgotten in Death which is also a mystery thriller from the same series.
Naked in Death
Susan Ericksen is the narrator of this chapter who continued to be the voice in the other chapters of the In Death series as well. She proved her selection to write for the performance of this chapter and the series as the audience loved every bit of it.
Eve Dallas is a police lieutenant in New York who was hunting for a terrible killer. In over a decade in the police force, she has almost seen everything. She was quite sure that her survival is something that heavily depends on her instincts. She at the moment is going after everything that tells her not to get involved at all with Roarke. He was a billionaire from Ireland. He was also a suspect in the murder investigation by Eve as well. But, when it comes to seduction and passion then they have rules of their own.
It is a wonderful chapter that marks the stand of a series that fiction lovers, typically the mystery thriller lovers would adore to the maximum. The author proved her worth by writing such a grand novel and the series. A special mention to Susan Ericksen for her magical narration of this book.
