This book has what u can\’t find else where as far as I know, 11 life traps are discussed thoroughly and dealt with using schema therapy which uses more than a single therapy approach to treat each life trap so if u suffer from dependence or subjugation for instance you will fight it using CBT and imagery with innerchild work and other therapies combined in specific steps Also the last chapter talks about a philosophy of change and does a very good work at teaching u how to live your life correctly while challenging your life trap If u think you suffer with any of the life traps in this book, go for the book and FOLLOW the instructions and u will be amazed in shaa ALLAH . Oh and be patient this isn\’t s quick fix approach that makes you u feel good for a week and leave u stuck after that, this book needs commitment and patience but the results are life changing.
