These characters have sucked me in. Abraham is the complete alpha package. He\’s protective, bossy and he adores his mate. Elizabeth has had so many changes through the series. Add on her ability to adapt to alpha roll seamlessly. She\’s a pro at change… Until….. I need more from these wolves!

Rise (Southern Werewolves #3) audiobook streamming online
This book was one that had good parts and disappointing parts. The disappointment was that there was too much reference to the last two books. I actually skimmed quite a bit of the book because it referenced so much of the prior books (over half). The best parts that I enjoyed were the marriage, the pregnancy, Will and the final showdown with Conrad. If the book would have revolved primarily on these aspects- I would have given it a 5 as well. I did enjoy immensely the portion with Huxley and Charlie.

Audiobook Rise (Southern Werewolves #3) by Heather MacKinnon
The book is good however the constant whining of Elisabeth is very annoying. It’s consistent back and forth of self doubt and complaining and never just going with the flow. She can never face the new challenges without the giant complaints and doubt. She will get into a tiff and fuss every time. She lets fear rule her and is always wrong. It gets old fast old. But Abraham is amazing and his display of “Alphaness” is enjoyable.

I thoroughly enjoyed this trilogy. Great storyline and fun characters. This is a love story, an action packed and exciting novel. Read the trilogy from the first book, it was well worth the wait.

Heather is an amazing writer and this series really shows her talent. Rise was the perfect ending to a fabulous series. Everything was wrapped up nicely and I totally fell even more in love with Abraham… I mean Abraham and Elizabeths relationship…(but really I love Abraham) the book lays down great groundwork for the spin off series for the McCoy sisters! Can’t wait to read more! Thanks Heather!
