Lexi Blake delivers, again. I can not get enough of her writing, and Siren Beloved completely lived up to my lofty expectations for her stories. I remember wanting to explore more of what was going on with Lexi, Lucas, and even Aidan after reading Siren Enslaved. There was obviously something that had broken in Lexi between Small Town Siren and the epilogue of Siren Enslaved. Lexi was frustrating; she seemed even to be frustrated with herself. She couldnt help but continually act out because she was trying so hard to deny her feelings about everything and everyone. Her secret was fairly evident from the beginning, so it made her actions or lack thereof easier to forgive. She learned and grew so much throughout the book; it was rewarding to see her finally find the love and healing she desperately needed to deal with her buried feelings. Aidan broke my heart, for so many reasons, foremost was all hed lost because of societal perceptions and expectations. He was an excellent portrayal of legions of people who refuse to accept themselves as they are because of what other people might say. Add that to what had happened to him, and all hed overcome, while he was separated from the loves of his life and my heart ached for him to finally find the love and acceptance he deserved. Lucas, for all his drama in the previous books in this series, was the picture of stability and integrity in Siren Beloved. Hed already grown so much between his first appearance in the series and this book; it was good to see him be the rock Lexi and Aidan needed. He was a mere shadow of the outlandish, insecure, party boy hed been, and experiencing him as he was now was terrific. I am always impressed by the way Lexi Blake weaves intense suspense elements into her love stories and uses that tension to accentuate the connections between her characters. Though the plot of Siren Beloved was a little predictable, I still found myself completely swept up in the action and how the endgame was going to play out. Siren Beloved is the fourth book in Lexi Blakes Texas Sirens series. With the exception of the first two books in the series, Small Town Siren and Siren in the City which must be read in order, all of these books focus on different relationships and can be read as standalones. Though, the reading experience is enhanced by reading them all in order, as the characters appear throughout the series. Siren Beloved is written in third-person limited perspective, following Lexi, Aidan, Lucas, with a few scenes in a fourth voice. Lexi Blake is my go-to mnage, BDSM, romantic suspense writer. I havent been disappointed with anything she writes and consider her books my guilty pleasure. She writes her characters in a way that makes me feel an intense connection with them, and I always end up completely immersed in her plots. I cant wait for whatever is coming next, I cant get enough.

This was book 4 in the \”Texas Siren\” series. Lexi Moore has been lost and floating for the last few years every since her fiance Aidan OMalley walked out on her and their friend Lucas Cameron after the three shared a hot night were Aiden and Lucas had sex. When Julian and Jack both put their foot down after she showed up at the club drunk they force her and Lucas who is a switch to take a Dom Master A or lose her rights to the club and be forced to go to rehab because of her drinking which Lucas didn\’t realize was so bad. This was a really good read each one of these MC\’s have been through a lot. Aiden who enlisted almost died in the middle east he came back a broken man physically and emotionally he is ready to be the Dom that Lexi and Lucas needs so he trained with Leo the clubs resident Dom and therapist. Lucas who is Jack Barnes little brother has grown up a lot and is not a lawyer. Lexi has been right since she was in a car accident that wasn\’t her fault she is hiding a secret that I figured out before it was revealed. The night that they meet Master A Lexi leaves the club after having a few drinks she goes home and finds that someone broke in and trashed her place. The three thinks that someone is trying to kill her. Ms. Blake\’s books are like comfort reads for me when I need to get out of a book funk I turn to her books. The three agree to return to Aiden\’s ranch that he inherited from his father in the small Texas town of Deer Run where we meet Aiden\’s ex Karen who is telling people that they are getting married and his little brother Bo who wants his attention and then their is his foreman Dwight who Big Tag and his guys the Dawson Twins are checking into because the guy was in the army with Aiden and was the one who told the army and Aiden what happened on the day that his squad was killed. The sex scenes in this book were hot Aiden wanting to prove himself to Lexi and Lucas. I also liked that Lucas refused to have sex with Lexi although he topped her in scenes that she manipulated him in because he let her walk all over him. When Aiden has a flashback he learns the truth about the day he almost died. This was a really good read when the truth comes out and Lexi tells Aiden what happened she learns to let go and when the danger comes she will do anything to safe her men. This book was well written like all of Ms. Blake\’s books this book had no errors in grammar or spelling and I loved the narrators of this audiobook as I read and listened to it. I am looking forward to reading or listening to the next book in this series.

Audiobook Siren Beloved (Texas Sirens #4) by Lexi Blake writing as Sophie Oak

SIREN BELOVED Texas Sirens Book 4 Lexi Blake (aka Sophie Oak) Lexi blew it. Drunk at The Club with her membership revoked. Her stepdad Jack and club owner Julian are agreed. But Lucas disagrees! A LOT! He has been her rock ever since Aiden dumped her but she has never admitted her affection for him. And Aiden has his own agenda now that he worked out his issues. Master A is going to tackle the reason for Lexi\’s conflicts… with a whip… at The Club. The Wild Child is gonna meet her Master A. The Brat is ready but Aiden\’s PTSD is also a problem. And Lucas wants them both. Nice people.

Audio Siren Beloved (Texas Sirens #4) narrated by CJ Bloom Ryan West

Lexi is a brat of the highest order and I don\’t blame her after all she has been through. Lexi knows what she wants, and can\’t seem to get it. She thought she had it, and then Aidan left her. Lucas can\’t seem to stop his best friend who also happens to be the love of his life from destroying herself. He tries to give her what she needs without giving to himself. He knows all of her secrets and heartbreaks, he thinks he is doing the right thing for her by allowing her time to process. After almost losing his life Aidan now understands the huge mistakes he made, and seeks to fix all of the damage he has done to the people he loves the most. Let me tell you now the hot factor in this book is off the charts! Aidan, Lucas, and Lexi are on fire once they get going.

This is the song that describes this book to me , Love me anyway – pink feat Chris Stapleton. This is the fourth book in the series of Texas sirens and focuses on lexi Moore who\’s has a devoted, strong ,hardworking, independent mother who recently married her husband\’s Jack and Sam. So even though Lexi has never seen her biological father she has never could aks.for the most devoted stepfathers in her life. As lexi Moore strolls through life after her fiance Aidan o Malley left her and Lucas ,she has been at a loose end ever since and thanks to lucas Cameron she could never live without introducing her to a lifestyle choice and between being in no man\’s land due to her past and secrets lexi takes it day by day. Lucas Cameron devoted to Lexi Moore wonders how his life will turn out only thinking about the day Adian o Malley walked out. Adrian o Malley walked out on the loves of his life and heads to battle . Returning to get them back life takes them on a complete different direction and one they have to hold on too. \”Life is far to short to waste on grudges. Love does not come along often. When it does you can\’t thrown it away because it isn\’t perfect\” Jack Barnes Fleetwood\” Loving other people, treating then with love and true kindness and having a heart that is open to accepting the Love given to us- this is far more important than an arbitrary reality\” Leo Meyers Excellent storyline touching and loving characters in siren Texas love the series so far and love how lexi blake brings the characters to life we all been through life merry go round and understand the journey the characters take .
