Street Game

Mack and Jaimes story loved it. Two strong people who already were in love but had a falling out came back together 150% stronger.
Two years have passed and Mack and his team are looking for a group who like to cause chaos with needless killing.
Intel shows they are hiding the guns in a warehouse in San Francisco. Loh and behold they come across Jaimes new pad. Surprise!! Its on for the two of them. The dialogue is funny and realistic. Ghost walker series rocks!!

This was Macks story, head of another ghost walker team. I loved the whole group and the family dynamic from growing up together. This was a bit of a second chance romance but it was well written. Im not usually a fan of those but this one was an exception. Jamie left because Mack had commitment issues but he really loved her and had a hard time dealing with his need of her. She was great! Strong intelligent spitfire that while she did initially give him a run for his money it wasnt overkill or dragging on incessantly. Great romance, as usual, and very intriguing espionage plot line that only coupled well with previous books. Wonderful book!! I do hope Joe Spagnola gets his story though…

I’ve picked up the Ghostwalker books because I needed something to pass the time until my other rotation of authors puts out something new. I’ve enjoyed them somewhat – they’re a bit formulaic but they’re fine for a light read. This book is really not as good as the others. The sex is a kind of rapey and the main couple (Mack and Jamie) are unlikable. Mack is a complete controlling jackass, and Jamie is annoying beyond comprehension (“I really hate that he won’t leave me alone and I’m trying to prove my independence…but I really don’t because we need CONFLICT!”) But I’m a completest and I want to find out what happens to the Ghostwalkers in the larger world of the books, and didn’t want to miss anything, so I powered through. By the end of the book I really wanted someone to just assassinate both Mack and Jamie so I would never have to encounter them again. Seriously.

Street Game introduce Team 3 of the Ghostwalker Series. Wow this team is fascinating. The story is packed with action, hot romance between Mack McKinley and Jamie Fielding. You will love all the secondary characters in this edition to the GW’s series. The new twist on there genetic enhancements were different and very interesting. Of course they are still battling the evil Dr. Whitney and beating him skillfully at his game. The romance between Mack and Jamies was hot and as usual for the men in this series Mack is ultra alpha male. I have re read the entire Ghostwalker series at least 4 times I can’t fathom why I never wrote a review for Street Game. Its a Great fast paced page turner!!

I Highly Recommend Street Game and the entire GW series by Christine Feehan!!

Jaimie tried to be her own woman and yet still protect her family. Mack knew that they belonged together and wanted Jaimie with him. So how can they compromise and be together? Will she finally admit that they belong together or will Mack stop running missions to be with her? Highly recommend this book and series.
