I found this story to be somewhat entertaining, however weirdly developed! It was just sort of disjointed and confusing to me.
To me it seemed to go in random direction, with odd bits of violence!

A war started to help overthrow a kingdom. An heir who ran away and does want anything to do with their family. A challenge made an accepted. A race to stop the war. Friends and family lost. A traitor unmasked and dealt with. The first battle of the war won, but at what cost. Great start and I can’t wait to see where this goes.

well written, well narrated. I was able to picture it as it was happening. would buy a sequel.
