THE LOST APOTHECARY AUDIOBOOK
We find a strange kind of apothecary shop in this first novel ever written by the author Sarah Penner. It is eighteenth century England where the mystery is waiting for you all the time on the next corner of the road. Nella runs an apothecary shop in the neighborhood but she does not only sell medicine, the woman also provides poison to the women who are tired of their husband’s oppression. All of this was going well for Nella when she hires a new sidekick and the boy just makes the biggest mistake of the century.
THE LOST APOTHECARY
Due to one single mistake, everything just goes upside down for everyone. Sarah takes the audience to the past first of all in the novel and then the author again brings us back to the present where new faces have emerged and no one knows about the old legends completely. A historian emerges in this time zone and she is bound to know what shock the people of London two hundred years ago.
A Dark and Secret Place and Straight on till Morning have not linked this book directly but these books also share the same style of writing and some themes as well. Lorna Bennett, Lauren Irwin, and Lauren Anthony have narrated the variety of characters present in the novel in a lovely way. The trio did rise according to the expectations of the audience.

There is no mix-up in the voices and pause was never an option for these three wonderful narrators. Ending and the climax of the novel were well written and it does not appear anywhere that this was the first time of the author.
