Too Bad… It’s Complicated

I loved the playful attraction between Britney and Patrick. You really felt that they knew what they wanted even though it was just out of reach. The sex scenes were scorching hot!! Patricks mom was the true definition of a villain. This was a great read!

Interesting story but rushed at the end with a pretty outrageous conclusion. Rather extreme attempt to bring about the conclusion of the mothers plan.Lots of sex with a suggestion to 50 Shades with no follow through.

The book from the start had me hooked. A lot of twists. Truly enjoyed the story.

I liked how it had suspense and dAnger in it

What an amazing book! I absolutely loved it! Patrick and Britney meet when their parents get married. They are close to each other but they have always secretly wanted the other. Of course, this is impossible now. Britneys father, Chris, has treated Patrick like a son and announces that he plans to leave his company to both Patrick and Britney to run together. This infuriates Patricks mother, Lena, who feels he deserves the company all to himself. She comes up with a scheme to get Patrick the company and will stop at nothing to see it happen. But what she doesnt anticipate is that Patrick is in love with Britney and cant go through with her plan. Her deviousness moves to a whole new level and causes a rift between Patrick and Britney. In the end, Patrick has to rush in to save Britney, Chris divorces Lena and Patrick and Britney get to begin anew and have their happily ever after.
