1105 Yakima Street audiobook free

I loved this book the first time I read it. I purchased it and read it again. I love this whole series. I also love the setting! This series takes you into the lives and homes of different people in the tiny city near a naval base. You will find someone you relate to, just read the series.

I really enjoyed this book and an so disappointed it will soon be timne to say goodbye to the Cedar Cove Residents. It has been fun getting to know them, it’s a shame the last one is going to be only in hardback as it will not match the others I have in the series which are all paperback.

1105 Yakima Street audiobook in series Cedar Cove

I just finished reading DEBBIE MACOMBER’S, 1105 YAKIMA STREET. Ihafnt read the othet books in this series, but now plan on getting the ladt book in the series, 1225 Christmas Tree Lane!

This novel was very wordy and brought in many characters. I kept waiting for something HUGE to happen thru out the novel…. It was well written but not one of my fave books by the author. I still am glad that i purchased it however!

Audiobook 1105 Yakima Street by Cedar Cove

Wow, when I began this book I did not realize it was to be the next to last one in this series, or so I learned from the introduction from the author. It was so awesome how everyone in Cedar Cove that we’ve been introduced to, or nearly everyone, was mentioned or had a chapter or two about what was going on in their life now. It was a really well written update on each of the residents, and their lives. Ms. Macomber says there is one more story, 1225 Christmas Tree Lane. I’m very excited to read that story, especially since I feel it will be about Christmas as well. So many good things came about duringt his book and I look forward to see what else happens before we say good-bye to Cedar Cove. I hate to see these books end, just as I hated this end of the Blossom Street series too. I’m sure if you’ve enjoyed one of these Cedar Cove books, you’ll love this one. Hope you do as much as I did. I cried tears of joy several times.

Audio 1105 Yakima Street narrated by Sandra Burr

I’ve read many of Debbie Macomber’s books, and I don’t remember being as confused as I was in this one. Since I haven’t read all of the Cedar Cove books, the characters were new to me. The way she jumped around from character to character made me spend a lot of time trying to remember who was who and what they were doing. I agree with some other reviewers that I was disappointed in how Bruce never did man up to his responsibilities. Granted sometimes that happens in real life where a situation works out without the people involved acting responsibly, but it would have been more satisfying to the female reader if Bruce did what he should have done from the beginning.

In Cedar Cove it’s easy to imagine that problems will work out. That a person will change. That stubbornness and powerlessness can be broken open and done away with. I know in my life that is a hard won reward so it’s nice to be able to read & fantasize that change can be easier.

I am a Debbie Macomber fan and enjoyed all the books, There are several in the series and I started off in the middle (74 Seaside Avenue) and it was only when I got to the end that I realised that. I have since read the whole of the Cedar Cove series and sometimes out of order but It did not spoil the enjoyment of the books, there are plenty of others that dip in and out of some of the characters. I think is the second but last.
